- People in the business are already using AI tools informally, with no consistency or oversight
- You're being asked "what's your AI strategy?" and don't have a considered answer yet
- You want to explore AI without over-committing before you know it's worth it
A note on this page: AI Strategy is intentionally not my primary offering. It's one of several tools that may be appropriate once a proper diagnosis is done — not the starting point. I don't have a dedicated AI case study yet, and I'd rather tell you that directly than overstate it.
