K. Harbour & Co. is a business transformation consultancy based in London, United Kingdom. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website or get in touch.
We collect personal data only when you choose to provide it — specifically:
Booking a Discovery Session: your name and email address, collected via Google Calendar's booking system.
Submitting an enquiry form: your name, company name, email address, a short description of your business, your reasons for getting in touch, any details you choose to add about your project, your preferred contact method, and — only if you actively opt in — your consent to receive occasional marketing updates.
Contacting us directly by email: your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to include in your message.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics software, or any other method to collect data about visitors who don't actively contact us.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and conduct a Discovery Session, or otherwise correspond with you about our services. We do not use your data for marketing without your separate, explicit consent, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Our legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you voluntarily book a session or contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
The enquiry form includes a separate, optional checkbox if you'd like to receive occasional updates from us. This is entirely distinct from responding to your enquiry — leaving it unticked has no effect on how we handle or respond to your enquiry. If you do opt in, you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at kenny@kharbour.co.uk.
Google Calendar is used to manage Discovery Session bookings. When you book a session, your name and email are processed by Google in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy.
Formspree is used to process enquiry form submissions on this website. When you submit the enquiry form, the information you provide is transmitted to and processed by Formspree, a US-based service, in accordance with Formspree's own Privacy Policy. This may involve your data being transferred outside the UK; Formspree maintains its own safeguards for handling data transferred internationally.
Google Fonts are used to display text on this website. Loading these fonts may involve your device's IP address being sent to Google's servers as a technical part of loading the page.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or maintain a client relationship, and delete it when it's no longer needed, unless we're legally required to keep it longer (for example, for accounting or tax purposes).
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; object to or restrict how we use it; and request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kenny@kharbour.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact kenny@kharbour.co.uk.
Every engagement begins with a complimentary conversation — no pitch, just a straight answer on whether this is worth pursuing.
